With substantial experience in real estate investing and a deep appreciation for exceptional development opportunities, Catherine Juracich has distinguished herself as a real estate professional of uncommon insight and capability. She learned the finer points of the business and the market while managing a portfolio of family-owned properties — expertise she has winningly applied to her work as a real estate advisor. Before applying her talents to a real estate career, Catherine earned accolades for high-profile work in corporate sponsorship with Major League Baseball. This experience — in marketing, sponsorship, and sales — provided the foundation for her real estate work. She is an alumna of Clemson University, from which she graduated with a BA in marketing. Catherine also is a founding member and the first president of the Hudson River Park Playground Committee, supporting this beloved public space on Manhattan’s West Side waterfront. Catherine splits her time between Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the Hamptons town of Amagansett.
