As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Tom Ventura draws from his hospitality background to cultivate seamless, client-oriented transactions. Together with colleagues Catherine Juracich & Alexis Godley, Tom ensures that all facets of the buying and selling processes are handled with utter care and the utmost discretion. With a positive, straight-forward approach to business, Tom is adept at making people feel comfortable and confident with him representing their largest assets.
Prior to his current role, Tom had been the operations manager for a team at Christie's, as well as a showing and transaction coordinator for a top producing team at Douglas Elliman. His industry experiences have been robust, with much of his time spent showing and selling everything from starter, studio apartments to full floor penthouses. As his interests in the industry evolved, so did his professional path from operations to sales.
While obtaining his degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Tom acted as marketing coordinator and a buyer agent for one of central Pennsylvania's top real estate teams. After completing several internships in New York City, Tom knew that a move was imminent following graduation.
Outside of the office, Tom enjoys trying new cuisines and experiencing all the live comedy shows New York City has to offer. He is an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, God's Love We Deliver and St James Episcopal Church.
